  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: RRADI is committed to providing high-quality professional services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the delivered work, please communicate your concerns promptly.
  2. Revision Process: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions during the project to ensure the final deliverable aligns with their vision. Specific details about the number of revisions will be outlined in the project agreement.
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If issues cannot be resolved through revisions and the client is dissatisfied with the final deliverable, a partial refund may be provided, taking into account the work completed.
  4. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable in cases where the final deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed-upon project scope, and revisions do not address the client's concerns.
  5. Communication: Clients must communicate their concerns within seven (7) days of the final delivery. Timely communication ensures that any issues can be addressed promptly.
  6. Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for services that have been approved by the client or for reasons unrelated to the quality of the work, such as changes in project requirements after approval.
  7. File Delivery: Final deliverables will be provided to the client upon full payment. Any additional formats or modifications requested after the final delivery may incur extra charges.
  8. Cancellation Policy: Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds for cancelled projects will be determined based on the amount of work completed.
